The Certificate of Operation is a document that authorizes the operation of commercial, industrial or services activity, observing the criteria of discomfort and zoning of the property, as long as it is duly regularized with the Municipality of São Paulo.
The Security Verification Certificate is a document obtained from the São Paulo City Hall (PMSP), in order to prove the safety conditions of buildings already built and that have not undergone physical changes since the date of their issuance.

possible project of reform, whether of subtraction or territorial extension, intended
in a building already established and regularized next to the Municipality of São Paulo.
